The content is lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a public platform
All submitted prompts are public by default.
5. Ownership & Licence
You retain ownership of your submitted content.
However, by submitting content to Art Input, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
Host your content
Display your content
Share and distribute your content
Feature your content
Repost your content
Promote your content across our website, community, social platforms, and marketing materials
Where reasonably possible, we will credit the original creator.
6. Content Removal & Moderation
We reserve the right to:
Remove, edit, or moderate any content
Restrict or suspend users
Remove content that violates these Terms
Remove content we deem harmful, inappropriate, or misleading
This may be done without notice.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not submit or share content that:
Is illegal
Is hateful, abusive, or harassing
Is sexually explicit or NSFW
Promotes violence, self-harm, or exploitation
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
NSFW prompts are not allowed on Art Input.
8. Community Conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with others. Harassment, abuse, impersonation, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

We do not guarantee:
The effectiveness of any prompt
The output of any AI model
The quality of any user-submitted content

Loss of business opportunities
Outcomes resulting from AI-generated content
